We value your privacy as much as we do our own, so we’re committed to keeping your personal and business information safe. We’re uncomfortable with the information companies, governments, and other organisations keep on file, so we ask for only the bare minimum from our customers. We’ll never use your personal information for any reason other than why you gave it, and we’ll never give anyone access to it unless we’re forced to by law.
Our website uses cookies to enhance your experience and provide us with anonymous statistics to improve our site. (see separate Cookie Policy for full details) We collect your name and email address when you sign up for one of our newsletters via our website. We use MailChimp as our email marketing platform. We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous statistics to help enhance the experience of using this website. (See Google Privacy Policy and Terms) We use our website Contact form to collect your name, email address and message. In our day-to-day business we collect and hold information as necessary to provide services to our Clients. As our Client you will receive our eD Newsletter via MailChimp.
If you sign up for a newsletter, we store your name and email address in MailChimp, which is the marketing platform we prefer. (MailChimp servers are based in the USA – Privacy Policy – and are certified to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework) Any email submitted contact form information will be held on our company devices and on our company dedicated Exchange Server located at our premises.
If you have signed up to our mailing list, or you are someone we do business with, we will occasionally use your contact information to send you details of our news, offers holidays and services. When we do, you have the option to unsubscribe from these communications and we won’t send them to you again. Your data will be deleted. If you have submitted our website contact form we may email you with information / a response as applicable.
If you sign up to our mailing list we will keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed. We hold Client information for as long as we have a working relationship. We don’t keep your information longer than we need to, which is usually up to six years after your relationship with Extreme ends.

When we store information in our systems, only the people who need it have access. Our management team have access to everything you’ve provided, but individual employees have access to only what they need to do their job. When we store information on our email marketing application (MailChimp) only sanctioned members of our team with secure unique logins have access.
Where we store your information in third-party services, we restrict access only to people who need it using unique passwords. The company computers and / or mobile devices we use are protected by passcode access. These devices ask for authentication whenever they’re started.
